Vincenzo has also made a significant impact in sports science: by co-founding and managing a business focused on sports science and performance, he has merged passion with expertise, helping athletes reach peak performance through cutting-edge research, technology, and individualized programs.

After five years in the sports science world, Vincenzo combined his knowledge of sports with his business experience to form One Chance Management.

Having played in the NHL, AHL, and KHL, Zach knows the realities athletes face on and off the ice — the contracts, the moves, the uncertainty nobody prepares you for. That experience shapes how OCM thinks about career decisions, deal terms, and planning for life after playing.

His focus is long-term success and the relationships that sustain it. Because he is still living the career our clients are building, he keeps the team grounded in what actually matters to talent — inside the sport and well beyond it.

He has managed platinum-certified producer High Klassified since the early days of his career, working with him through every stage — from releases and tours across the U.S., Europe and Asia to brand partnerships with Apple and AXE. Based in Canada, Didier also spent several years managing French artist Dogzout, which gave him hands-on experience working in the European market.

Today, Didier manages High Klassified, jamvvis and Kelly Krow, while helping grow OCM through new partnerships and opportunities for its talent.
